Happy birthday to the lovely and talented Addy Miller! She is turning 18 years old today!
The Walking Dead fans know Miller best as the teddy bear walker (or teddy bear girl) from the now iconic opening scene from the series’ very first episode ever. Fans still talk about her scene as one of the most pivotal and shocking moments in the entire series.
Her role was so iconic and meaningful to the series that Miller actually returned to The Walking Dead universe once again as a walker in the series’ 8th season. Her make-up and wardrobe mirrored that of her original role, making her appearance a clever nod to the epic first scene shown below:

Prior to her role on The Walking Dead, Miller started out her career as a child model at just 4 years old. She earned her first big on-screen break playing Young Lily in The Secret Life of Bees and has fallen in love with acting ever since. Miller has a bright future ahead of her and we can’t wait to see where she goes next with her career!
