‘Breaking Bad’ Star Aaron Paul Joins the Cast of ‘Westworld’ Season 3

Your Westworld viewing experience just got a major casting upgrade!

Former Breaking Bad and The Path star Aaron Paul will be joining the already stellar cast of HBO’s sci-fi drama Westworld in the upcoming third season. The news was first revealed by Deadline, however, shortly after, Paull took to his social media pages to share his excitement about the upcoming role.

On his Instagram account, Paul posted the following, “‘I feel like I am in a dream, Dolores. Can you wake me up from this dream?’ Feeling blessed and humbled to finally be able to mention this little secret of mine. Thank you, Jonah and Lisa and all of the people over at @westworldhbo for allowing me to come play in your park. See you all very soon.”

Check out Paul’s post below.

As is always the case with Westworld, any details surrounding the third season of the series, including details on Paul’s role, are being kept under wraps, but we can’t wait to see what the new season brings.

Westworld stars Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores Abernathy), Thandie Newton (Maeve Millay), Jeffrey Wright (Bernard Lowe), James Marsden (Teddy Flood), Ed Harris (the Man in Black), Anthony Hopkins (Dr. Robert Ford), Jimmi Simpson (William), Luke Hemsworth (Ashley Stubbs) and many others. The series is set in an alternate/virtual reality world in which visitors can escape from their actual reality through artificial intelligence. Those who choose to visit the Westworld theme park can interact with robotic (though incredibly lifelike) hosts in order to play out different narratives and experiences. When the hosts begin glitching causing them to go off-script and wreak havoc, no one, including the park’s developers and creators, is safe.
