All 20 Marvel Films Returning to IMAX Theaters for 10th Anniversary Event

Marvel is going all out for the studio’s 10-year anniversary celebration!

Earlier this year, Marvel kicked off the celebration by gathering over 80 actors and filmmakers from the Marvel Cinematic Universe for an epic photo commemorating 10 amazing years of epic films. Now, Marvel is continuing the celebration by re-releasing all 20 superhero films in Imax Theaters for the Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary Film Festival.

That’s right! In an unprecedented event that simply cannot be missed, all of the currently released Marvel films can be seen on the IMAX big screen starting August 30th and running through September 6th.  Marvel president and producer Kevin Feige announced the event by saying:

[row]“We knew we wanted to go big to celebrate 10 years of Marvel Studios, and you can’t get any bigger than Imax. This is an incredible celebration for fans. They will be able to see all of Marvel Studios’ films back-to-back and really be immersed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”[/row]

The spectacular superhero film event kicks off on August 30th with screenings of Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Ironman 2 and Thor and concludes on September 6th with screenings of two fan-voted films. Check out the full schedule of screenings below.

Aug. 30: Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor

Aug. 31: Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World

Sept. 1: Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man

Sept. 2: Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming

Sept. 3: Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp

Sept. 4: Iron Man, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Black Panther, Doctor Strange

Sept. 5: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Captain America: Civil War, The Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War

Sept. 6: Fans will vote for two screenings.

If you wish to vote for the final two screenings at the Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary Film Festival, you can do so by visiting IMAX’s social media pages. They are currently running a poll on Twitter to determine which two films will conclude the event.
