A Complete Look at Anna and Elsa’s ‘Frozen 2’ Costumes Leaks in Russia
An image leak out of Russia has now revealed the full costume designs of Anna and Elsa in Frozen 2.
The photo initially leaked Christmas week after an official Disney Calendar was released in Russia, which seems to be previewing all the film releases for 2019. It showed the tops of Princess Anna and Queen Elsa, both donning new outfits that we could only make out from the waist up.
Instagram user mdisney200 reposted an even larger image Wednesday, which shows the two in full costume. Anna is dressed in maroon, and one could argue she is wearing a dress, or flowing capri length pants and a thick belt over knee length boots of a similar color. She is also donning a cape-like winter coat, and clutching it in the snow. Her hairstyle is pulled back on top but left to flow on the bottom.
Elsa is dressed in her signature ice blue from head to toe. This time, she’s traded her fierce ice gown for a more mature, conservative look. She is also rocking some knee high boots. Her braided hair has not changed since the first film
The first image showed a fall-like atmosphere around them, but in this new image, they’re surrounded by snow on a mountain. Olaf is also pictured standing next to the girls, who look to be in awe, or about to become afraid of something in the distance.
The image is said to be a preview at the upcoming films of 2019, and this is given away by the glimpse of a Toy Story Alien behind them in the snow.
Instagram user the.cursed.prince shared the images initially, and also provided a comparison image between the two films.
