‘Arrow’ Showrunner and Stephen Amell Tease Seventh Season

It looks like Season 7 of Arrow is going to come in stronger than ever!

Arrow show runner Beth Schwartz tweeted a photo of the script for the fourth episode of Arrow’s seventh season-and she’s keeping the episode title locked down.

Schwartz revealed a photo of the entire first page of the script, but kept the title blacked out. The first three episode titles are already circulating, and her use of “Mind Blown” and “Lips are Sealed” emojis has fans speculating even more about the events of the fourth episode. It could mean several things, including perhaps Oliver breaking free from prison or a long awaited reunion.

Stephen Amell has been sharing some insight into the filming process, and in a tweet that shows him right after filming, cut and bruised up, he directly references the first four episodes. He says that they have been more intense and physically taxing to film than any number of episodes he’s filmed on the show.

Since the first three episode titles had already been unveiled, and judging by Amell’s post, it might be safe to assume that episode 4 specifically might include a potential spoiler.

What Schwartz’s tweet did reveal, is that Emilio Ortega Aldrich and Tonya Kong co wrote the episode, and that Ben Bray directed. Schwartz took on the role of show runner this year, after she was promoted from co-executive producer.

“Inmate 4587,” the first episode of the season, will start off with Oliver in prison and the repercussions of that. We can’t wait to see what the season will bring now that Oliver’s identity has been revealed to the world.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Echo Kellum as Mr. Terrific, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary and Katie Cassidy as Black Siren.

Catch season 7 on Monday, Oct. 15 on The CW!
