Goldie and Kurt: Double Star Ceremony on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame LIVE-STREAM HERE!

Tomorrow’s the day! Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell will both be honored with each getting a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

This dedication will mark the landmark’s 2609th and 2610th stars in the category of Motion Pictures for both. They will be located at 6201 Hollywood Blvd, in front of Eastown. The ceremony will begin on May, 4th at 11:30 PDT/2:30 EST.

Fans who cannot attend will be able to watch it via live-stream on www.walkoffame.com or Below.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame does it’s best to place celebrities that are associated with one another, either though the business or personal reasons, next to each other. Other notable celebrities honored with double stars include married couple Felicity Huffman and William H Macy, and Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein who worked together on Kinky Boots.

The double star ceremony will be emceed by Hollywood Chamber President/CEO Leron Gubler. Guest speakers scheduled to appear are Kate Hudson, Quentin Tarantino and Reese Witherspoon.

Goldie Hawn

Goldie Hawn is an Academy Award© winning actress, best-selling author, director, producer and child advocate. She made her debut in the comedy Good Morning, World. She won an Academy Award© for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Cactus Flower. Some other well-known movies include Death Becomes Her, The First Wives Club, Private Benjamin, and Banger Sisters.

Some notable films and series that she has produced include Overboard, Protocol, Wildcats, Mad Money and My Blue Heaven. Her directorial debut came with the film Hope starring Christine Lahti and Jena Malone in 1997. In 2005, she published her memoir, A Lotus Grows in the Mud. She founded The Hawn Foundation which is an international organization that assists and equips children with emotional and social skills that will help them lead happier, smarter and healthier lives.

Kurt Russell

Now in his 6th decade in his acting career, Kurt Russell began at the age of 10. He appeared in such television series as Gilligan’s Island, Lost In Space, The Virginian, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., and Hawaii Five-o.

At an early age, Russell began a very long relationship with the Walt Disney Studios. He was signed for a seven- movie deal by Walt Disney, himself. He went on to appear in Disney films sixteen times including The Fox and The Hound, Captain Ron and Tombstone. He will continue his relationship with Disney in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 which is set to be released May 5th.

Another long-standing relationship is the one he has with John Carpenter. They have worked together on such films as Elvis, Escape from New York, The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China.

Recently, besides GOTG2, he has been seen in The Hateful Eight, Deepwater Horizon, and The Fate of the Furious. Russell is also involved with The Hawn Foundation.
