‘Justice League’ Deleted Scene Reveals Superman’s Black Suit

Justice League is being released on digital home video this week and along with it comes some awesome video extras, including deleted scenes from the film.

A teaser for one of those scenes was released earlier this week and it shows a moment which fans were hoping to see in the theatrical version of the film.  In the scene below, shortly after being brought back to life,  Superman (played by Henry Cavill) is shown walking through the crashed Kryptonian ship in search of his suit.  One of the options presented to him is the black version Superman’s iconic look.

While filming, it was reported that Cavill did actually shoot scenes wearing the black suit, however, those scenes were cut from the film.  Cavill even teased the costume via his Instagram:

Justice League film, as well as the tons of extra film features, will be available on digital home video on February 13th.  The full version of the scene shown above will be available on the 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D Combo Pack.  Additional bonus footage includes a documentary featurette titled Road To Justice which will explore 50 years of Justice League and how the comic has impacted pop culture.
