Thanks to Pottermore teaming up with Bloomsbury and Scholastic, an official Harry Potter book club is coming soon, just in time for the anniversary of the novel.  Joining and participating in the club will be completely free and will allow fans of the Harry Potter books the opportunity to discuss, examine and debate every book in the Harry Potter series with other fans.

The Wizarding World Book Club will officially kick off in June, and, all you need to do in order to be a part of it is just read (or re-read) one Harry Potter book a month.  You will then be able to join in conversation via twitter about what you’ve read and you can visit the Pottermore site to learn even more about each story.  Each week, a new theme from the stories will be discussed over on the Wizarding World Book Club Twitter account.

If you are already registered with Pottermore, then you’re all set!  You will automatically have access to the Harry Potter book club, where you’ll be able to read content about each week’s discussion theme and “gather rewards for reading progress.”

If you’re not already signed up with Pottermore, registering is easy!  Register here and you’ll soon be able to participate as well!

More information about the Wizarding World Book Club, and how to participate, is expected in the next few weeks so, stay tuned!

Will you be joining the Wizarding World Book Club?
