‘Talking Dead’ Midseason Finale Guests Revealed: Updated
Despite the fact that The Walking Dead has been on for almost eight episodes this season, the recent six-year time jump has almost made it feel like its just begun. That being said, even though it feels too soon to say goodbye, this Sunday’s episode titled “Evolution” marks both the midseason finale and final installment of 2018 for The Walking Dead.
The good news is that “Evolution” looks to be a terrifying and thrilling hour of television, which will surely leave us on the edge of our seats, mouths agape, until the show returns next year. Thankfully, we have Talking Dead to help us decompress and work through all the drama together, so, who can we expect to see on the couch following the episode? Series star Ross Marquand (Aaron), Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, and a Tom Payne will all be sitting down with Chris Hardwick to dissect the episode, the aftershow announced on Twitter.
Next Sunday is the LAST #TalkingDead episode of the year! Be sure to tune in! We’ll have Aaron himself, @rossmarquand, Creator of #TWD, @RobertKirkman, and a surprise cast member! See you soon! pic.twitter.com/kUUAzx8e3K

Based on the promo for “Evolution” it appears that Marquand will be heavily featured as Aaron, Jesus, and Daryl have all gone out into the woods in search of Eugene. With these talking walkers now on the scene, there’s surely going to be a lot to unpack with his journey. Plus, we need to talk about that badass bionic arm he’s rocking! Kirkman is also the perfect guest for the episode as one of the comic’s most iconic villains will be orbiting around the episode as well. As for the surprise guest…we don’t have a clue, but that normally is a pretty good hint that something huge is going to happen.

Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream. While I probably shouldn’t be as proud as I am to be so similar to Nick Miller, I do hope to one day write my own “Pepperwood Chronicles’.
