We’re now just days away from the midseason return of ABC’s The Good Doctor, and things are about to get real intense! Monday’s all-new episode, Quarantine Part Two, will pick up right at the show’s cliffhanger mid-season finale with the fate of the St. Bonaventure surgical team hanging in the balance.
With the surgical team separated and battling through the quarantine as best they can, we’ll get to see what happens when Dr. Shaun Murphy is put to the ultimate test of navigating a crisis on his own. We’ll also learn who survives the mysterious viral outbreak. It’s an emotional rollercoaster of an episode which is really what The Good Doctor does best! The Good Doctor stars Freddie Highmore as Dr. Shaun Murphy, a young surgeon at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital with autism and savant syndrome. In addition to Highmore, the series also stars Antonia Thomas as Dr. Claire Browne, Nicholas Gonzalez as Dr. Neil Melendez, Hill Harper as Dr. Marcus Andrews, Richard Schiff as Dr. Aaron Glassman, Tamlyn Tomita as Allegra Aoki, Christina Chang as Dr. Audrey Lim, Fiona Gubelmann as Dr. Morgan Reznick, Will Yun Lee as Dr. Alex Park and Paige Spara as Lea.
The series is created by David Shore who also serves executive producer along with Daniel Dae Kim, David Kim, Erin Gunn, and Sebastian Lee.
Guest starring is Dan Byrd as Tyler Durness, Elfina Luk as Nurse Villanueva, Karin Konoval as Nurse Deena Petringa, Ricky He as Kellan Park and Jennifer Birmingham Lee as Mia Wuellner. Quarantine Part Two was written by Simran Baidwan and Mark Rozeman, and directed by Mike Listo.
