‘The Walking Dead’: Michael Cudlitz, Christian Serratos and Josh McDermitt at Walker Stalker Atlanta

Walker Stalker Atlanta is in full swing this weekend at the Georgia World Congress Center for the biggest Walking Dead fan meetup all year!

Today is day two, and next up is Abraham’s Army, a panel featuring Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Christian Serratos (Rosita), and Josh McDermitt (Eugene).

Here’s what’s happening on the panel!

In typical fashion, this trio of guests keep the laughs coming. The panel moderated by James Frazier takes several minutes to get off the ground due to their antics. Michael, Christian, and Josh have so much fun teasing and correcting each other.

This is an amazing event all over the world that we get to share with you [the fans]. – Josh McDermitt

On a more serious note, Josh McDermitt takes a moment to thank Walker Stalker founder James Frazier for creating such a beloved event for both cast and fans.

A fan asks about other actors they would like to have a chance to work with. Michael mentions Khary Payton. A hysterical debate ensues over whether or not Michael’s character Abraham ever met Khary’s character King Ezekiel. Of course, Abraham just missed meeting King Ezekiel as his character met Lucille one episode prior to King Ezekiel’s debut.

Josh answered with the name of an actor that may or may not really exist. Josh’s dry delivery often keeps you guessing as to whether or not he is pulling your leg. Josh then takes a  moment to plug Michael’s new show The Kids Are Alright on ABC.

Wish we could pickle Cudlitz right now and keep him forever. – Josh McDermitt

The Michael love continues when Josh is asked how many pickles he actually ate during the pickle jar scene. Josh explains that they were more like “pickly cucumbers”, so technically zero. Either way, he says he probably took a bite out of about five of them. He then suggests the idea of pickling Cudlitz!

How many more people is that a-hole going to get killed? – Michael Cudlitz

Michael responds to a fan’s inqiry that Rick would have been a prime candidate for Negan to kill. He joked about his frustration with the scene in episode 100 where Rick and company spray gunfire across the Sanctuary windows but do not take a clear available shot at Negan. Michael uses his own gunfire sound effects and does a hilarious impersonation of Negan.

More fun from the panel to come…stay tuned!
