Why We Want a ‘Gotham’ Crossover

We all heard the very exciting news from executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg that they announced that The Flash and Supergirl will have a crossover. There is really nothing more exciting for a fanbase to have lots of crossovers and putting the pieces of a puzzle together. The more crossovers, the happier we get!

The only shows that are left to do a crossover after Arrow, The Flash and Supergirl, are The Legends of Tomorrow and Gotham. Gotham plays in a time zone in the past, everything that happens here will determine how the heroes en villains will be born with said abilities they have.

While The Legends of Tomorrow includes a group of heroes (like The Atom, White Canary) and villains (Captain Cold) working together to stop an immortal warlord called Vandal Savage. Their first episodes were in the 70’s, which will mean they are close to coming to the 80’s, a period where Gotham comes in for a possibility.

What I really think that is going to happen, and this is really my own plot, is that the heroes of today and the heroes of the past, maybe even some villains of the past, that will join The Legends of Tomorrow for their fight against Vandal Savage. I think Vandal Savage could be a nice villain for Penguin to argue against. Vandal Savage could be a very good ally for some other villains that aren’t back (yet).

What I truly am thinking is that Fish Mooney will come back, full blow, with the help of Vandal Savage himself. I think maybe he has something to do with her surviving, if we believe what Ben McKenzie said about ‘no one has really died yet’.

Of course this is a very difficult crossover, but we would love to see this happen in the near future! What do you think about this plot?

Gotham will return on February 29, 2016.
